Poo Choi Kru Ifoma is known for delivering high-energy, high-intensity classes built on strong Muay Thai fundamentals. Combining technical precision with a relentless pace, he challenges students to develop their conditioning, sharpen their fighting IQ, and build the discipline needed for success both inside and outside the gym. His positive attitude and emphasis on camaraderie help foster the strong team culture that defines TKO.
